To help you easily understand our data management, we’ve summarized this information for what kind of information and how we handle, and we provide you with information about your rights and possibilities related to the security of your data, as well as the tools we use for your safety.
Our Company takes all necessary measures to ensure the security of the personal data you provide, both during network communication and in the control and storage of data, we do not let them accessible to third parties, only in the extent mentioned below.
For the clarity of our data management, we present separately the different types of data-handling.
II – WHAT DATA ARE PROCESSED AND WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

On our website, you have the opportunity to send a message to us by mail, to ask questions, give feedback to help us organizing film presentations or to contact us for any other purpose. To do this, we ask you to provide us with your name to properly address the answer to you and to be able to identify the recipient in your reply to any central email you may have, and of course, we need your mailing address to send the reply. The legal basis for the processing of data is your consent in this case. The data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn, but no later than 1 year after the last exchange of letters. Then we will delete these above-mentioned data from our contact list.
Registration:
To be able to see our movie, only one registration is required. During the registration, we will ask you the following information: name, in order to properly address you, email address, password, or mark the preferred language on which you want to continue your correspondence. Thanks to your registration, you can always access and review the movie at any time. If you wish to cancel your registration later, you may request the deletion of your data. In this case, data management is based on your consent and the data is handled until the consent is withdrawn. We will delete your data from our contact list at least 30 days after your consent is withdrawn.
By entering your name and email address, you can subscribe to our newsletter to inform you about our new films, other activities, ongoing programs and even sometimes other valuable programs that have a similar topic and view as ours and we think that you could be interested in. The legal basis for the processing of data is your consent in this case. The data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn (unsubscribe). If you unsubscribe from this newsletter, we will delete your data from our newsletter database within at the latest 30 days.
III – WHO WOULD HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR DATA?

- what source,
- how long do we handle and how
- to whom, when, on what legal basis, which personal data we have access to,
or
- to whom we forwarded your personal information.
Your application will be executed within a maximum of 30 days by sending a letter or e-mail to the contact you provide.
2. Right to correct your data
You can contact us through the contact details given in part I to modify your personal data (for example, you can change your email or mail address at any time). Your request will be completed by our company within 30 days and you will be informed about it by mail or email. If our company is not allowed to complete your request, we will notify you within the same deadline about the details by mail or email.
3. Right to erasure
You can contact us through the contact details given in part I to erasure your personal data.
If your request for erasure can be met in compliance with our legal obligations (eg, accounting rules do not require you to keep the data), our company will respond within 30 days and will notify you by email/email sent to you. If our company is unable to comply with your request, as it mandates mandatory data processing, we will notify you within the same deadline as to your objection by mail/email.
4. Right to restriction on processing

If you object to our data management activity, we will examine it and make a decision within a period of time as short as possible, but within a maximum of 15 days. If you do not agree with our decision, or no decision has been taken within the given time limit, you will be entitled to apply for a ruling to change our decision within 30 days from the date of its delivery or.
